We are a part of the ESOP Direct family. While equity compensation in itself is a niche area, at ESOP ezee, our aim to specialise further with a focus on ESOP solutions for small, unlisted companies who have implemented or wanting to implement an ESOP plan for their employees.

Our experience of over two decades in this domain with more than 600 unlisted companies shows us that unlisted organisations have peculiar issues with respect to their objectives, regulations, liquidity (rather lack of it) for their shares, frequency of Grants and so on. Over the years, best practices specific to this category of companies have evolved and stabilised. Companies in this segment need a focussed attention and customised offering.

Harshu Ghate
Managing Director

Harshu is the Co Founder and Managing Director of ESOP Direct. Having worked closely with Private and early stage companies, he understood their wants and strategized the carve out of ESOP ezee from ESOP Direct offerings. He is actively involved in productising the service, design of the platform, stitching up partnerships and alliances of complimentary service providers.

Jalaj Sinha
Head – Business Development

Jalaj heads Business Development of ESOP ezee. He is a Chartered Accountant and has various years of experience in Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Strategic Alliances, Managing Relationships and New Market Development. He was previously associated with Tata Consultancy Services.

Rahul Somani
Head Operations – Consulting and Managed Services

Rahul heads Operation of ESOP ezee. He is a Chartered Accountant and has rich experience in Plan Designing, Stock Plan Administration, Option Accounting, Financial Audit, Internal Audit, Statutory Compliances, and Managing Operations. He was earlier working at PWC.

Sharad Qazi
Manager – Sales / Business Development

With over 10 years of experience, Sharad possesses proficiency in sales, presales, bid management, and customer-centric services. He has a profound understanding of increasing sales revenues as well as developing profitable and productive business relationships. Sharad also has a sound grasp of coordinating with decision-makers, building and leveraging extensive client database, and market development.
